We work across power electronics, automation and control, robotics and industry applications, through hands-on workshops, industry webinars, summits and site visits, mentorship and competitions. Do I need my Strathmore student ID?

Not for entry, the event is open to everyone. Visitors without a Strathmore ID should carry a national ID or passport for the campus gate.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes. Every guest needs their own ticket. Buy them together in one checkout and each ticket gets its own QR code.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by IEEE IES/IAS, the organising club. If the event is cancelled or moved, they'll reach you on the phone number you used at checkout.

Where's my ticket?

Your QR ticket shows up right after payment and is saved in My tickets on the phone you bought with. Show it at the door. A screenshot works too.
